For anything recent? Kyoso Giga. Vibrant visuals and dynamic animation with lots of interesting stylized direction. Made me quite a fan of Rie Matsumoto and Yuki Hayashi, director and animation director respectively.
Kizuna Ichigeki is another. It's got the sketchy style reminiscent of Windy Tales, Shoka, and Kemonozume (which are great as well in a technical point of view).
