It's just hard to compare when the two of them are competing against different opponents. The only big difference percentage wise is Round 2 anyway, but Haruna is way stronger than Riko...
It'll be a close matchup b/t those two, though, unless the matchup is right when Oreimo S2 air = Eu-kun would then have zero chance...

Eucliwood now beats Subaru almost as badly as she beat Yuno and Subaru should be much stronger than Yuno. Subaru already beat Elsie after all. To me this suggests Eucliwood suddenly spiked in strength between Aquamarine 1 and Aquamarine 2.

I would say it's more of an illusion of a "spike", in a sense that Eu-kun probably underperform quite a bit against Yuno...
