So it seems that this manga got canned. I did heard the compliant about being unrealistic and being unfaithful to actual kendo. The complaint is absurd for me. There seems to be lots of love for Kuroko no Basket and Prince of Tennis, the absurdity in those manga easily triumphs Kurogane despite Kurogane having a ghost. I get that more Japanese would be attune to kendo as it is their culture, but I still view it as double standard.
For me this is bit disappointing as I thought this manga was really solid with nice characters.
