I think it was Yin/Izanami, since the baby (who isn't a contractor) was left alive. Plus, none of the bodies had any apparent wounds.
Great episode. I have to agree with Shiroth about that Yin scene being the best. As I expected, Amagiri didn't survive one episode lol. At least he died standing like a true badass.
