Guys who favor older women feel more comfortable with them compared to those on the same age or older, as those are tend to be naive with wishy-washy wishful thinking, unless a part of younger ones appear to be mentally-matured. So do some guys who can be more mature mentally than physically. Still, this means maturity is more of a relevant factor than age gap nowadays.
Another one is height differences... What do you think of short guy, tall woman?
