You're kidding, right? Killer Queen is one of the most well-known doujin VNs out there, and Secret Game is its remake.

The original game
has a translation project on TLWiki, but it seems the translation is so terrible nobody is willing to TLC or edit it, and the translator seems to have abandoned the project after retranslating the first script file (probably because he realized he would have to retranslate the entire thing).
