Anyhow, this is quite the tangent to my point. :S My point was that it makes more sense in show for girls to be attracted to Haruka than Makoto. Just because the plot helps Makoto get around doesn't mean he is better, and certainly it's also not about how many sexual partners one has since that would imply the sexiest male leads are all in hentai... :S
TL;DR Makoto gets laid because stupid shit needs to happen for the show to progress
Haruka does not. It is incidential. He also keeps his penis under control.
