Male OC's don't need special attention. What blasphemy is that?
A male OC should be male by circumstance, as should a female OC be female. Unless you have the intention of writing for the sake of fetish/ego boost! That or just plain go crazy.
I doubt an OC like Lyon would get any special attention. Though he's technically not IS pilot, Gospel chiefly listens to him and won't calm down without him.
