Tenso Haven't tried as they didn't ship SAL way back when I was proxy hunting but they seem alright
Fromjapan Using these guys atm and they are awesome. Everything is packed great, very reasonable fees (heck how they make money is beyond me). Highly recommended.
Tokyohunter Apparently these guys are great as well, but excessive fees have put me off.
But of course Amiami will stock *most* things and it's cheaper to just grab stuff off them usually, just don't expect to be able to ship anything ero outside Japan (which is where proxies usually come in, but at this rate..)
