I am betting that at least one of the two things has

somewhere in them.
The statement will probably be longer than just that but there will be something he is apologizing for. Arguing. Leaving. Becoming someone elses butler. ect. ect.
Hayate is really good at apologizing anyways so I am sure he will be doing it once again.
