it does seem like Kuesu is dead. Which highly sucks, since she was my favorite character. In fact, I'd be raging right about now if it weren't for the fact that I haven't read any chapters in ages. However, I doubt scanlations are going to catch up to the latest chapters anytime soon, and we may have to wait a month for 63 to get confirmation of Kuesu's status (hopefully she's still alive...)
