"思念" means "thought". Possible translations for "体" include "body", "substance", "object", and "being". A quick glance through Google for the entire term returns "Thought Entity" (make three guesses which Light Novel/Anime that came from <<; ). So... what should it be translated to?

How about "Memories" or "Memory Fragment" (which the latter taking more liberties)? Since that's pretty much what they are.
