"Patriotism" is just a synonym for "dick-waving." Patriotism means fuck-all. In the end, doing a good job is
the only thing that matters. Who gives a rat's ass about ego? Politics these days is pretty much nothing but a circlejerk of greedy assholes shouting, "SCREW YOU, I'VE GOT MINE!"
