Fighting is more than just two evenly matched opponents knocking each other around with reckless abandon (though I will admit that can be very fun to watch). As long as the side on the receiving end of the opening attack puts up
some level of resistance, it counts as fighting, imo. So last episode was absolutely loaded with fighting.
It's one thing to expect Fate/Zero to have many good action scenes in it (I myself expect that).
It's another thing to expect it to focus on fighting like a Big Shonen title does. The action scenes are welcomed and necessary spice in this show (necessary since the Holy Grail war premise pretty much calls for it), but it's not what drives the show.
