Anyone with a sharingan is a genius according to Oro. And, how Oro can see a lot talent in a 13 year old Sasuke, who was much much weaker, compared to a 10-11 year old Itachi is beyond the human knowledge. In other words, Oro's statements are as trustable as our opinions...
