A Japanese -> English translator here, looking for groups with some fun, interesting projects that need assistance. I live in the Tokyo area for most of the year when I am not abroad and own terrestrial broadcasting capture equipment (Friio), so I may be able to help you with that as well. However I have no experience in fansubbing previously.
