I'm hoping for an eventual ToLoveRu anime to spring up sometime, but I'm not going to bet body and soul on it. I can't even say how this manga is doing in Japan. (although the fact that it's in a big-name manga serializer like Shounen Jump speaks good things about it) Even if they make an anime, who knows when that will be. It took several years for Black Cat and Busou Renkin, both of which were Shounen Jump series-es, to get animated.
On that note, does anybody know a site where I can look at the ratings/popularity of manga series-es in Japan? At least just the popularity ratings for Shounen Jump series-es.
