Maybe so. Her voice is just one that came to mind me. She's great in the cuter register of voice I'd expect of Nagisa and also wasn't in Air and Kanon.
Though in some instances, I think I would like a few VA's I wouldn't expect. Kanon had quite a few I was unfamiliar with or hadn't heard from much, and that ended up being pleasant. I was really unsure of Tiffany Terrell given the only thing I heard was Kaede in Angelic Layer, for instance, and I ended up liking her a lot.
