It says something about a Unicorn campaign special item(?) and a tri-age card of the Unicorn Banshee Norn to be included in the box. These special items would most likely only be released in the first batch of Banshe Norn kits.
My Japanese ain't that good but that's what I was able to roughly translate. Hope this helps.
