Keep one other thing in mind: this is still a harem, even if the unofficial pairing is tsukunexmoka... so as was pointed out before, you need some development on the other characters as well. Mizore had her entire arc, but that's not saying she won't get another chapter. Won got introduced, and we're going through and arc with him. Kurumu had her chapter, and of course that would eventually lead to the TsukunnexMoka development here in the Won arc. So, be prepared to see a Ruby chapter appear soon enough (assuming we don't count 15 as that...)
