Although, just as light said later, it wasnt CPR, it was Kazuma giving Ayano an elixir to heal her through mouth-to-mouth, like Shinobu did for Ikuto with the poison antidote in one of the early chapters of volume 8 of Nagasarete Airantou.

great...and i bet there was another way rather than going mouth to mouth...it just that kazuma really wanted that kiss "hey if it grabs you a girl why not?" (or so he says) XD
