I don't know... I can never like Yakumo more than Eri...
Eri makes me laugh, if you think about it, she's pretty willing to do the same things Yakumo (cooking, cleaning, knitting, domestic stuff).. no where near perfect, but she's just full of crazy humor.
Cutting off Harima's beard, and freaking out. Commenting on the way Harima plays with his nuts... etc
I don't know.. it's like JK went on and on with Eri and Harima. I was already a flag fan.. the moment I saw the silly confession Harima did which spouted more events with her. But the Kyoto trip was probably the best Flag moments...
I like Yakumo too, but I just didn't find her major in the overall story to support Onigiri
