Haven't got much time for reading atm seeing as how I'm either studying or watching anime but:
The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoyevsky (almost done)
The Sands of Mars by Arthur C. Clarke (only just started)
A Game of Thrones by George R. R. Martin (loved the TV show and I can't wait for the next season to start)
