This was a bit tricky to pull off and I am unsure if my equipment can be precise enough to remove the slight drift that's going on with Kodaka's face, and I'm having trouble fitting many more frames to elongate the *wind* effect. I can possibly make the first one (which I imagine is what you are after, I made the second as a backup) longer by a few more frames but it won't have much of an effect. At the 50kb limit I can add more frames at the cost of accuracy, but at some point the image becomes so pixelated that its not even worth it.
