I've read the first book so many times, and I constantly feel this fantastic plot, and then it's ruined but a kilometer long intermission with shampoo, some duck guy, Ryoga being P-chan etc...
I wish Ranma ½ had been more of a serious anime.. I suppose you feel the same way about Inuyasha

She does seem to be capable of coming up with fantastic plots, then destroying them by trying to extend them so much that they just fall apart... it's sad, really. I completely agree..
My question is... why does she want to make them so long?
