When anime catches with this part, it will switch to fillers no doubt. In any case, darn good chapter, kinda surprised that Yamamoto didn't act all high and mighty saying that he doesn't want any help.
I guess Hisagi will have another tattoo of Kensei as, technically, he came to help him again =)
Shunsui wasn't dead, well I expected as much, so Ukitake is probably alright too. Let's see what Aizen has in his sleeve now.
