Spoiler for Tea Party: Super "Anti-Mystery vs Anti-Fantasy" time:
Finally the time for Battler to get serious, as he gives his statements to argue for ep1~3. Beato gives up once, succumbing to the "Ginzo is already dead thus there's a 18th mysterious person X" claim, but comes back with the red text, "There is no 18th person on the island" when prompted by Battler to be more serious.
Battler fine tunes his arguments, jabbing at various mysterious points of ep1~3. Most of them were highly debated already, and the solutions weren't anything I havn't seen or thought of before (except for the mini bomb claim ) Beato gets cornered even more, surrenders on the ep1~3 games, and wishes Battler would end her suffering.
Of course, not all the blue text is well sounded, and there's definitely room for Beato to counter, yet she didn't. Also, ep4's mysteries havn't been solved yet. The final quote left by her is definitly something to think about...if she's serious, or if she's just pulling another fast one on Battler and the readers...
Spoiler for ???: Berun and Lamba time:
Berun thought that Battler had pretty much solved ep1~3, but LD thinks it's a tactic deployed by Beato to lower his guards again. LD then quickly disapproves Battler's "victory", stating that some points made by Battler were disapproved by earlier red texts (just that Beato didn't say anything), and by adding in red text that counters Battler's claims. Berun thinks Battler will win in the end, while LD thinks that it'll be an eternal draw. Finally they state that Beatrice has zero chance, and is impossible for her, to win.(added with two nice smiles )
Spoiler for thoughts.:
I think that even tho it might be another strategy used by Beatrice, similar to the "north wind & sun" one, there's definitely something about her. In ep3 we see some parts of her past, in ep4 we know that Battler has something to do with her in real life, but really, who is Beatrice?
From the events of 12 years later, we see that "Beatrice" is the person who wrote some of the stuff in the bottled letters, and was the one who sent out those mysterious letters to the sons and daughters of those who didn't survive ep3. Added with the novel-theory, I wonder if the current Beatrice is like a collective of memories, from all the different people, both involved and not involved with the event directly or indirectly (starting to sound like a megaten game ) Perhaps it's just as the bottled note said, that "Beatrice" wanted the real truth of Rokkenjima to be told.
In side me, the stocks of characters:
Soars: Mammon, Maria.
Increases: Remaining 6 stakes, Krauss, Siesta Sisters, Enje, Beato.
Decreases: Berun
Plummets: Rosa
P.S. Good thing I read the game before those stuff from the "rumors of 4chan" post...but then again, those people sure have a good imagination.
