First thoughts
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou. We have a green-haired protagonist, a girl on a scooter and a cross between Sensei and Oyaji running a roadside shack at the coast.
Heh. Looking real good, but lacking the big story infodumps that Aqua fronted up with in the first chapter or two. We have a Marscat (or reasonable facsimile thereof) -- could it be set on Aqua (but not New Venezia)? Now the waiting begins...
