I keep thinking about Heathcliffe and his apparent use "Full burst." As we've been shown in episode 22 of Accel World, both Sword Art Online and Accel World exist in the same world, just different times. So I guess it's possible that Heathcliffe has just shown us an ability that that's been previously shown in Accel World (I'm thinking Full Physical Burst here).

On a side note, I gave a chuckle when Kirito imagined Asuna handing him one of her wonderful sandwiches, and then looked down in the bag, and a plain, old, boring lunch.

It would be great if the tone of the discussion could be raised a bit (apparently it took a nosedive overnight), but why am I not getting my hopes up...
