Spoiler for maou: Maou's grand plan was completely derailed when Kyousuke chose to be with another girl beside Usami, so he needed to revise his plans, and it ended up no longer involving Kyousuke, it was no longer showed if Maou ever executed his plan again or when he executes it again. Though in Kanon's route Maou was made to look like he gave up on his plan because he's in love now, we were assumed he's Maou, but perhaps it was just him playing with words and that meant that his plan has been derailed because his pawn Kyousuke didn't go the way he expected him to go, and his plan needed revision so he needed to back away from the Souwa(I'm not sure about the name lol) corporation for a while. __________________
