Eh, the fact she has such a cute face and manner of dressing makes her look younger, but I wouldn't say she has a loli body, since as Vexx pointed out she has a figure.
I'm totally convinced that a girl I know would make a great Nadeko, and she's about to turn 19. She wants to cosplay Kanbaru instead though.
