I don't think so.. I don't think Bandai has ever aired two Gundam shows at the same time..
Also, we now have a release date (sort of): 2014-2015. Still have no idea what the format of the anime is going to be.. Interestingly enough, G-Reco also has the same release date, so I think only one of the two will be a full ±50 episode anime and the other one will probably be an OVA of some sort..
