I just watched, and what's wrong with being a fangirl of Touma? I'm a girl, and I liked how pretty Touma was... I mean, he quite obviously is pretty with how many girls that chase after him.
But this raises a question: How many fans of To Aru Majutsu no Index are male, and how many are female?
