1) With beato's red line about " この六軒島には19人以上の人間は存在しない", I actually can't think of it as a "proof" that the dead doesn't count.

この六軒島には19人以上の人間は存在しない means x<19.
Beatrice used it to prove that through her death she was released from a mortal body and still can exists on the island. So I take it that her argument is, even if Beatrice isdead, Beatrice can still exists on the island and can commit all these murders through magic. Beatrice is dead, yet she could still count herself within the 18 and claim magic.

The biggest issue is that Beato confirms the first 6 "status", using again "人" which shows that Beato still claims they are "human", despite "dead" so they count in 18. Also, if we take into consideration Eva-beatrice, well

If you are referring to the first night, Beatrice specifically names the six that are dead and mentions by 6 she means these names.

2) I'm quite not convinced about the "natural death" portion. The natural death wouldn't exactly explain how and why everyone got in a gigantic 6 cell closed room.
Though I will agree that the weak point seems to be the windows in such case.

悪魔の証明
I don't know yet either. ^^;;
I didn't get to it yet, but in EP02 there's a questionable situation with the sanctuary. Beatrice never used her 密室定義 for it in EP 02. It's questionable whether there is a hidden passage way there. Also I'm not 100% convinced the boiler room is a closed room, in EP 01 there a back door to that room that leads outside. If that door was open when the murderer closed off the door to the mansion then, this isn't a true locked room.
Also I think this EP first night is more complex than the other EPs. There was a major screw up. I think there are more than one thing going on this night.
Spoiler for all baseless speculation:
First is "Beatrice's game" which since EP 02, I believe is not related to the murders. The Rose Garden Beatrice is wanting the family members to solve the riddle.
Second is the planned murder. Some is taking advantage of the situation. That's what I think of this EP and the last EP. EP 02 had letters that were not signed by Beatrice.
Third is possibly related to the first: Happy Halloween Maria. I think Kumasawa was preparing a surprise for Maria. The murder in EP 02 took advantage of this, in EP 01 it was ignored, in EP 03 she was killed before she made the preparations.
Last, about the natural death. Beato pretty much dug herself in a hole. Not all 6 were murdered. So that means at least 1 isn't a homicide. If that death wasn't a suicide, and possible not an accidental death, or not cause by a trap that leave very few options if we don't believe in magic. From the information we have, Kinzo could die at any given moment so this is the conclusion I came to. Perhaps, the murder killed all 5 then when finally approached Kinzo, the murderer all ready found him dead? If the will was already or even partially written at this point, this gave the murderer in this EP a distinct advantage compared to the other EPs.

Still about the sanctuary, I believe we can rule out the fact it is suspicious they didn't start by that: whatever there is a corpse in the boiler room (stench here), they wouldn't exactly expect the sanctuary, especially they do have that automatic reflexe due their childhood not to approach the holy sanctuary so heh.

The first two EPs they are led outside to find the first night sacrifice. In EP 02, there was a letter for the sanctuary key. In this EP that letter still exists by Kinzo's body, but isn't found in EP 01. I think the murderer in this EP didn't understand the meaning of the key. From EP 02 and this EP, I think that key was suppose to be use in Rose Garden Beatrice's game, but in EP 03 she was killed before she could prepare a meaning for it.

3) I still have doubt about Gohda's "innocence". The biggest problem in episode 2 is that natsuhi's room is closed from the inside, there isn't any key aside the one in the room, and all the master keys are under rosa's custody so humm...
|
You know, you're right about Gohda after re-reading my notes on the last 2 episodes. I'm basing my assumption about him b/c in EP 01 he died early and in EP 02 he had a confirm-able death. But if we're going the "faked death" route, than Gohda could have done so in EP 01 and he may have been betrayed in EP 02. I can't remember if there was another reason why I marked him innocent in my notes. I have to revisit the possibilities. If Gohda was in on the EP 02 murders and then was betrayed, then the Natsuhi locked room makes much more sense as he died by the door. Gohda just simply opened the door for the murderer then was killed.
I do not fully understanding where you are going with Rosa... At that time she was with Battler, although I believed I did mention that she could have at various points dropped any of her keys for someone to recover later. The characters only see her take the keys and kept count in there head. They never physically see her with all the keys, iirc.
