Rika's situation is really different from what she was in Tsumihoroboshi, and so, Minagoroshi will be hard to adapt, since it will be hard for them to pull out Rika as "hopeful" as she should be, because of tsumihoroboshi.

and Yakusamashi didn't help for Keiichi. as you said, Keiichi was completely in the dark, and was far from shining his might.
thus the "impact" of the miracle keiichi can create won't be possible to use for the start of Minagoroshi. this is a problem for the starting point

We obviously know that Rika learned something, but as you saw in this chapter Rika was disappointed, and her hopelesssness and despair was even more deeper. this is a major issue for Minagoroshi start, and that was what Level E pointed.

But is it really that much diffrent? I don't think we have been given a clear indecation of her mind at both the start and end of any of the arcs so far not only does she have the miracle but it seems like there is a bit of bleed from the other chapters in some of the others around her. She doesn't seem to be really depressed till she was unable to save Tomitake. And this chapter is could even be more of a win for her then Tsumihoroboshi, since to her knowlage all of her friends are sane alive and safe which has been shown to be one of her main goals, but in doing so she has removed almost all her resources that could help her break this fate.
