well I hesitate to single it out as volume because they did not specify, also since they were talking about stellar sizes , it is very much possible. for comparison (mathematical,astronomic estimates of course)
earth diameter (equator) - 12,756.32 Km
x 13,000 = 165,832,160 km
sun diameter - 1,392,684 km
betelgeuse diameter : 660,250,000 - 834,000,000 km
antares diameter : 613,685,000 km
rigel : 51,430,000 km
deneb : 141,085,000 - 152,900,000 km
but yeah, since it's hard enough to think about a rocky object the size of the sun magic or no magic, let alone giant type sizes. so I too think they probably meant volume...unless the author wasn't even thinking about it and just brushed off it in passing....

A more specific reason why 13000 times the size does not equal 13000 times the mass is because different layers have different densities. Generally, it gets denser the closer you go to the core, one of the reason being temperature and pressure. A 13000 times increase in volume mean about 24 times increase in diameter. That's DEEP, the temperature and pressure at the core would be astronomical and the density values would be unbelievable long before you even reach the core.
So yeah, it's probably very likely that this planet would collapse onto itself if it exists in real life

Assuming that Ep2 pic is indeed the whole of Little Garden, it would be hard to compare it to regular celestial bodies. In the first place it does not follow physics rules of matter assuming spherical shape due to gravity (so it seems Magic is the structure, the skeleton if you may to make it assume a floating island shape) . its flat with a top side & a bottom side not to mention gravity is not concentrated on a point, it does not have a "core" but seems equal on all parts of the garden, suggesting an even larger celestial body which it is just a part of, present "underneath" the garden where all those waterfalls .... hmmm fall
, but then this could be a function of their magic too. Again we can't say the mass & therefore Gravity of that whole structure is as it's size suggests ( it certainly doesn't feel like it to our MCs) for all we know the whole structure is like a balloon, with a magical framework and a Earth crust the shape of the island that we see....

on second thought it might not even be volume i think it's more on surface area rather than diameter & volume, since as we've seen little garden is flat rather than spherical, and they we're talking about travel distances.
