Like Lucretia, Lu Hao most likely uses magic to keep herself appearance younger than her real age. On the other hand Doni and Voban, who do not have any interest in mastering magic, will and have aged.

That may be true, but for Campiones magic like that may be second nature. Like I said before, Godou was able to learn Italian without learning the magic, it just happen. Age magic may work the same way for Campiones as does language.
