Now I see another part of the problem. It's more than likely the Update wasn't able to apply the fixes because of the NoDVD. That's my most likely guess, though I don't use a NoDVD for Seinarukana so I can't say for sure.
What I can suggest is that you reinstall Seinarukana, but instead of applying the noDVD patch early on, you either update up to 1.00.06 then apply the NoDVD patch, or you can just go with a mini-Image instead. Me, I use the mini-Image.
