I'm thinking the same thing. The datachip became the focus after Arclight appeared, but Aruka's actions before don't match up with it. I believe it was intentional to make it seem that both she and him were after the same thing, when in actuality Aruka had something else in mind. After read both your and Avvesion post I have to agree and I wonder if Saten know what Arca try to do before get killed and maybe finish what she start.
