Anyone can dislocate a bone by hitting it hard enough. You don't need weird eyes to perform such a feat...
You could use fancy eyes to know when a bone needs to be reset (I neve understood why the Hyuuga aren't all medics, that is the best use for their eyes, not simple taijutsu grunts).
