AFAIK Kirito's "Dual Wield" was not traded with fishing, since it's still listed on the Wikia's SAO Kirito's page, and it seems to me like he uses that against Heathcliff in their final match (not sure, didn't quite get this part). Therefore he had another two-swords skill? Or maybe I read the lines wrong and he traded a single two-handed sword skill?

I think you're confusing names. He erased/discarded "Two-handed Sword" skill, as in the Claymore or Zweihander class of swords, to put fishing skill.
