It's pretty good! But when I hear the song I always think of that akross Death Note amv above, hehe. The editing and syncing is nice.. I haven't watched Higurashi yet but I felt like I saw a lot of spoilers with all the hacking and slashing
maybe if you're going for that kind of theme I guess that's ok, although I think it works better if it weren't so explicit, like this one which is structed to build up towards the end:
