After checking the episode again, I'm pretty sure none of the contracts of the Silver nodosses has anything to do with wiping out any race at all

the three non-silver nodoss first contract says that as long as they obey Silvers, their race will prosper.

and one of Yuti's contract says that if any non-Silver race has acquired any Goldies power, Yuti must destroy that power.

it doesn't say anything about wiping out the race, more like ridding the race of any Goldie power it has acquired.

maybe Key Board can clarify it, but as far as I understand, it says literally "destroy the power", not "destroy the race".
