Eh, I don't really understand what you mean, but I think you are wrong about Kanon. I don't know how to put it in english, but "kanon" in hiragana is かのん, so I belive the separation of the syllabes would be more like ka-non (errr, kah-nown?) then kan-on(kahn-own?).
