I voted for Soi Fong because I love women who can kick ass. I also love her hair-style, her attitude, and her general sense of honor and self-discipline - also, as we saw recently in Episode 62, the ultimate dynamic duo is, without a doubt, Soi Fong and Yoruichi.
If I hadn't voted for her, I would have voted for Byakuya - he is probably the smartest of the 13 Captains because he understands the importance of striking fear in the heart of his enemies, but he doesn't need to go out of his way to do so, like Mayuri.
Also, shouldn't former Captains be included in this poll? I would have seriously considered voting for Urahara Kisuke or Yoruichi before the others.
