She is not confessing her love to Kenichi. She is telling lies & talkin bad about Kenichi. I guess it is a revenge for the last time humiliation at the underground fighting arena, where Sakaki & Apachai dragged Kenichi out from the ring, and thus avoiding a fight with her.
By the way, her name is Castor & the masked guy beside her is her younger brother, Pollux. "Lucha Libre" is her fighting technique actually.
