Overall, I liked it. When it comes to Bleach or Naruto movies, I can't claim to watch it with high expectations for a great plot. I watch them first and foremost for well animated action. To that extent, movie #4 felt just fine. In fact, I think I can say I liked it the most of all the movies so far. The action scenes felt lengthy and I didn't have to wait too long for the next action scene to come around.

I agree somewhat. At the very least, it didn't seem to be filled with beings who appeared strong enough to completely overwhelm some of the true power houses this series has to offer. The residents of hells biggest strength and advantage is that they can keep reviving ad nauseum.

On a slightly different note, I have fun thinking about what would happen to Aizen if he got sent to hell in his current condition *with the hougyoku*. So many possibilities to consider. He might actually have a field day down there.
