Britannian and Japanese KMFs (the SEITEN still being the latter) have the exact same controls. And I don't see why they would modify the control yolk anyway.

And the reason that 2, 5, 8, and 11 weren't shown was because not all the seats were filled. That doesn't mean they suck at piloting. And 0 was a rank created by Lelouch for the purpose of a rather ironic name.
