And Ena's way of talking is odd. It's not Kansai dialect, but her rhythm is off (listen to the Drama CD, in the translated part it's obvious even if you don't know Japanese). And I might not be one to judge, but it says her choice of words isn't up to date, either. She uses normal words for "you", but... "it's not what a modern person would say" is what it says, I think, even if you ignore she talks about herself in third person.
By the way, what do you think a third person-person would say for "we"? Still "we"? Or "they"? Or something else entirely?

yeah i was reading ena translations on jcafe and she did sound really off.
Also i think they would use We.
Think of "We are borg" :P
