His title among BB linkers is the Ultimate Gunsmith. It is speculated here that he could create any form of guns with whatever stats he wished. Think of FSN Shiro's projection but change swords with guns.

That's a fascinating power. Certainly amazing, but it doesn't seem like the kind of thing that would make him especially more dangerous than the others, since you gotta figure that the other Level 9s had equally amazing powers.

Now, if he could make new guns without further upgrade points (maybe by spending Burst Points) and then just hand them out to others? THAT would be upset the balance of the Accelerated World, since he could arm the members of his legion... especially with weapons custom-designed to counter particular avatars of other legions.

But speaking of Shirou, it would be cool to see a Blue avatar with that kind of power. Though like Shirou, he might have to both love swords AND see them as expendable as arrows. Most swordsmen tend to get very attached to their weapons.
